Imperial Building

Built in 1916 by the Imperial Tobacco Company, this landmark building was renovated in 2004.

Montgomery & Aldridge Building
320 Roney Street
Built in the early 1930's, the Montgomery & Aldridge Building has been a tobacco and tire warehouse. Located adjacent to the Durham.ID, this 22,000 square foot brick and beam building was renovated in 2020. Current tenants include LeChase Construction, NETPower and Longfellow Real Estate Partners.
The Brodie Duke Building is a 95,691 square foot brick building rich with history. Originally used as a tobacco warehouse and built by Brodie Duke in 1878, the building is said to be one of the oldest and largest post-Civil War era structures of its kind in Downtown Durham. The building is anchored by DudaPaine Architects. The property is located in the heart of the Warehouse District; surrounded by vibrant Downtown Durham, with restaurants, retail, entertainment, and housing nearby. Building features include a central courtyard, brick walls, 24-foot high ceilings with exposed rafters, and giant windows.

BC Remedy Building
423 Morris Street
The BC Remedy Building was built in 1928 to manufacture BC Headache Powder. This facility was expanded twice (likely in the 1940s and 1950s) as operations grew. Manufacturing ended in the 70's and the building was transitioned into the central operating center for CCB Bank until it was purchased by Measurement Incorporated (MI) in the early 90's. Today the BC Building houses MI's Research and Development department and Network Operations Center.
